MagdalenaThank you so much for your prayer. Im sorry that i didnt read it earlier. But it worked out because it ended up being just what I needed to read at this particular moment. Especially ,when you prayed for God to shut my eyes and ears from the devil. I think that Luis and I may go to counseling or something that at lease resembles something similar. I’m not sure though. I can only hope that he’d be willing to at least try. We had a major argument yesterday. He said he didn’t want to be with me because of my jealousy, insecurity or suspicions. He says he can’t handle these things especially when I accuse him of things that are not true. It hurt when he said that since he met me he stays in. When before hand, he use to go out every weekend. And THAT REALLY hurt to hear. Because I asked him when was the last time him and I went out? Dancing for example. It’s not like I never asked him. When I told him that really wasn’t fair for him to say. He did agree and said that that also needed to be fixed.I still ask for prayer. And ask for God to work in his heart. And to shut the devil out. Because he is strong too. Strong to destroy everything that brings Glory to God.Our friend Will, has a dad that is in the hospital right now suffering from a stroke. Last night after the argument when things calmed down a bit, he said that we should pray for Wills dad. When I heard him say those words… I was in total shock. Because I never thought that I would hear him utter those words. Ever. Even if he felt the need to pray. I never thought that he would express it out loud. I remember once, when I wanted to pray for him he was so adamant for me not to. He said that it was already too late for him. It felt so unbelievably sad to hear him say that. It felt as if the devil had a massive hold on him. Even when I tried he made me stop again. He just didn’t want to hear it. Saying with almost full tears in his eyes again, that it was TOO LATE FOR HIM.I’m so sorry to leave this long winded post. But I just wanted you to know how much it meant for me to read that part today. Please if you can. Please continue to pray for us. Please help keep evil away from us. It was just a break through to hear him say “We should pray for Will’s dad.” I pray for Luis to come to God. For Gods Glory. I will only be blessed to be a witness and see this change in him. To help both of us shut our eyes and ears from the devil. Please pray that if it is Gods will if this will bring Glory to God. To please help us through this dark time,Thank You for taking the time to read this.M

After getting saved, I've been trying to find a good youth group that is on fire for God and I simply can't. Every single one I've been to is focused on games and pointless activities rather than God. I either want to join one that is constantly witnessing, helping people, praying, worshiping, or sitting down and learning about God and His Word. I'm tired of going to youth groups and ending up playing basketball or air hockey, I can do that somewhere else. I understand fun little things like that are good for attracting the unsaved but I am really looking to find kids my age (17) that want to live for God 100%. I've lost just about everything in this world since I've been saved and I know all I need is God but it hurts not having any family or friends that love you. Anyone know of any youth groups, camps, or any place I can make Christian friends around Waterbury, CT or even online?
Amen bro!!!! Im the same way!! But the Lord recently put it on my heart to not let others slow me day or effect me. Paul still went to rome alone even when the other disciple said he was crazy to go and wouldnt go with him. So we should still get out and do things too. I started going and witness, and currently debating street preaching "Idk if others would listen to a teen preaching, even though it is something new", and been praying with patients in the hospital. It really feels bettter than sitting around doing nothing. I hate the things of this world. Im crying for more. Maybe we can interact and help each other grow in Christ and motivate each other to get out and reach out to the world. I've always been confused about fasting. Are we commanded in the Bible to do it? And what is it for? I know it's a good thing and Jesus did it, I'm just wondering why lol.
Jesus said "If you have faith the size of a mustard seed you can tell a mountain to jump into the ocean and it will, this faith only comes from constant prayer and fasting." So my answer is if u want a "strong as possible" faith then yes u should fast and pray :) Ive been successful doing it and u can too. If Christ puts it on ur heart to do it He will be faithful to help u over come it. U can do different fast. A half-day fast from sunrise to sun set or a full day fast, 3 day, week, month, 40 days, year. You chose that. ANd u can fast from anything. I dont suggest a long fast without water or food without knowing for sure its from God. But it really does draw u closer. I mean wow closer. Im so glad I did it and look forward to always doing it when I really need God to move in something Im about to do or when Im in a big storm. Jesus loves you :)

What God Wants & Does
God loves you and wants better for you. He sees you going through life fighting and walking around with no hope and He wants to change it. He wants to wipe all your tears away and give you that meaning to life. He sees you crying and simply wants to hold you close and let you know you’re special to Him.
God thinks about you all the time and when He does it’s not bad things. Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts of you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, not of evil, to give you a future and hope.”NKJV So He is not thinking about how worthless you are or all the times your messing up. Instead He is thinking how much He loves you and thinking of the great plans He has for you in the future if you accept it. He doesn’t just think of you once in a lifetime, which for me that’s enough and just amazing in itself, but He thinks about you all the time. He just waits for you to accept Him in your life so He can make all things new.
God wants to take your pain away. He sees you hurting over the past and things that has happened. He wants to erase the past and let you know you are forgiven and that everything will be ok now. He sees you trying to figure everything out on your own and carrying the world on your shoulders. He wants to take it off your shoulders and let you put all your pain and problems in His hands. He simply wants to be your everything and only thing. As Humans we mess up a lot so put your problems in His hands. Not only because He is perfect and can do anything, but because He loves to help you and be like a Father to you.
How Much Does God Love You
God loves you so much to send His Son as a human, Jesus Christ, to die for you. He wasn’t forced too, but simply laid it down for us all. He didn’t run or try to escape. He kept going for you and for me. He could have quit anytime when they beat Him, mocked Him, spit on Him or even while He was hanging from the cross, but He didn’t. Instead He prayed Father forgive them for they do not know what they do. He came from His perfect and comfortable throne to the sinful and full of pain and death earth. Why did He? John 3:17 “For God didn’t send Him to the Earth to condemn the world but to save the world.” He not only came to die in order to take our place for the judgment we have coming, but also to love the unloved and the ones the world pushed away. He also healed the sick and stopped the so called righteous from judging those who messed up. He offered forgiveness and took away all guilt. By being perfect and without sin He was worthy enough to be offered as a sacrifice for our sins. If we sinned one time, just like Adam and Eve did, we are separated from God and have judgment coming. But God knew we all would sin, so He sent Jesus to take our punishment if we will just accept the price that Jesus paid. God doesn’t want to see us go to hell. He wants us to accept His free gift and turn from our ways and honor the great price He paid for us.
What kept Jesus going on with this? How did He keep carrying the cross when they pushed Him over and continued to beat Him? Or when He was on the cross and they were mocking Him? I believe it was your name. He was thinking of us all and telling Himself that He can’t be with us forever if He doesn’t continue. Also because we all have sinned we are separated from the relationship we once had with God, but by Christ not stopping and going through it He restored our relationship with Him if we accept His free gift. Were able to pray to God and just talk to Him and be loved by Him. Jesus took all the pain and gave His life for us all to have nothing less than perfect in the end.
Nothing, you did or will do, will make Jesus regret dying for you. Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” He didn’t wait for us to clean up first or be worthy enough for it. Instead He died while we were still sinners living for ourselves. He wants you to come as you are and allow Him to change you. No one is perfect but if you have Christ, He makes you righteous. God knew all the bad we would do in our lives and still died for us. That means there is nothing that can change His mind about dying for you or even forgiving you.
What God Has To Offer
He offers a better plan for your life. Things that we plan on doing in the future fall short of the perfect will that God has for us. He wants nothing less than perfect for you. We settle for less just because we don’t want to wait. But if we wait we will be happy and in God’s perfect will. Without God there is no hope or reason to be here, but God wants you to have hope. He wants to direct you and give you security for your future. He wants you to feel loved and use you change the world.
He offers love like no other human can possibly give you. He will never leave or forsake you unlike other people do. When you mess up He won’t push you away or deny you. He will simply hold you close and help you do better next time.
He offers security of the future. You won’t have to live life scared of what’s going to happen or afraid everything is going to fall apart. Christ will be there to comfort you and deal with all problems life brings your way. God tells us “All things work for good in Christ.” So when bad things happen you don’t have to be scared but instead being confident something great will come from it.
He offers you a relationship with Him, not a religion. He wants to talk to you and for you to get to know Him. He wants to be that Father you never had. He wants to spoil you and have you feeling loved and special every minute. When your earthly parents aren’t there He wants you to know He always is and will be there for you. You are special to Him and made perfectly in His image. He will never end this relationship with you. He says He will never leave or forsake you. No matter how much you mess up He will be there to make things right and to love you.
Last and the greatest thing, He offers you forgiveness of your past and helps you get over your past. If you’re in Christ, He sees you as a new creation. He doesn’t see your past and all the times you messed up, instead He sees you as you are now. He will never hold your past against you or bring anything up to hurt you. He doesn’t want you feeling guilty, but instead He wants you to feel new, bold, strong, and to always know you are His.
Salvation & Brief Summary of Other Religions
If you’re confused about all the religions and knowing which is right then this will help. First of all every “religion” says you have to earn salvation, but a relationship with Christ says you can’t earn it but freely receive it if you ask. “Religions” say that you get in heaven by works, but a relationship with Jesus says it’s by faith not by works least anyone boast. “Religions” claim to be a way to heaven but Jesus said “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me.” “Religions” say that you have to do rituals or pray so many times a day, but a relationship with Jesus Christ says it’s a daily walk with Him. You be yourself and live for Him and you will see yourself transformed into Christ.
Do you want to receive this free gift of a relationship with Jesus Christ? The Bible says there are 4 things we must know to be saved. First is to believe we all have sinned. Bible says “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” That’s all of us. Second is to know that the sin we do separates us from God. Sin is doing anything that is against God or doing anything He tells us not to do. In other words sin is basically disobeying God. Third is to believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for you and rose from the grave on the 3rd day. If He stayed dead we would serve a dead God, but death couldn’t hold Him. And last is to turn from your sin. You won’t be able to be perfect but simply just saying God I want to live for you. Change what you don’t like about me and help me to live for you. Don’t wait to clean up your life first, because Jesus said come as you are. You can’t clean up your life without Him. Let Him live inside your heart and watch yourself become who you could never imagine. Jesus loves you.

You love on the person and show them Christ but you also be straight up with them and let them know it is a sin and that God destroyed two citys in the Bible for this. But mostly pray for them and fast for them. Just cry out for them. Its their soul. We gotta reach out to them and not push them away. Jesus loves u.
