    7.75% Sales tax is added only to orders where the billing address is located in California.

Is it safe to buy online from C28?
    Please Click Here to view C28's Privacy Policy. At C28.com, we protect the integrity of our customers' credit card information. We use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to the payment processor. Since C28 never actually sees your credit card information, we do not keep it on file.


How do I change or cancel my order?
    

C28 would happy to change or cancel your order after it has been placed and before being shipped. Please call us at 1.888.888.1906 to make order changes. You can also email us at orders@c28.com


Can I place an order over the phone?
    Yes, you can reach us by our toll free number Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at 1.888.888.1906. Any other time, please leave us a message, or send us an email, and we will do our best to get back to you by the next business day.


Do you have a sizing chart for your clothes?
    Yes we do, our size chart shows a good representation of how our clothes run in comparison to other sizing standards.


Does your clothing run large or small in comparison to other brands?
    While the men's sizes offered on our website are normal in comparison to most clothes, the Junior's sizes run slightly small. More often than not, customers request exchanges from smaller sizes to larger ones rather than from larger ones to smaller sizes. Do your clothes shrink considerably when washed?
    The majority of our t-shirts our made from 100% cotton that is NOT pre-shrunk. If the item is manufactured with pre-shrunk cotton, it will be noted in the product description. Like most clothing made from 100% cotton, the item will experience normal shrinkage when washed for the first time. 


How should I wash my C28 t-shirts?
    Most of our clothing can be washed in the same way you would wash normal t-shirts. If there are special wash instructions, they will be listed in the product description on this site and on the product tag. In order to get the longest life out of your t-shirts, we recommend turning them inside out before washing them in order to protect the prints on the shirts.


Do you ship to international addresses, APOs, or PO Boxes?
    Yes. International shipments will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. International, APO, and PO Box shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail, depending on the option selected. While we do offer UPS Ground for customers in Canada, please note that customs charges (up to 70%) will be applied to the order upon delivery.


When will my order ship?
    Orders normally ship within 24 hours of being placed, and are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that all orders placed after 9:00 PM PST will be considered as being placed on the following business day. (e.g. an order placed at 9:01 PM PST Monday will be considered as being placed on Tuesday, and will be normally be shipped on Wednesday.) In addition, an order placed after 9:00 PM PST on Thursday will be shipped on Monday. Due to additional shipping tasks relating to international orders, all orders shipping outside the U.S. will be shipped within 72 hours of being placed.


How do I track my shipment?
    When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from UPS that contains your tracking number. In order view that status your shipment, you can visit the UPS tracking page at the UPS website.


What is your return or exchange policy?
    At C28, we understand that buying clothes and apparel over the internet can be somewhat intimidating since you cannot actually try on the items before you buy them. For this reason, we are more than happy to refund or exchange any item that does not fit properly or does not meet your expectations. Does C28 charge re-stocking fees for returns?
    No, C28 will gladly refund the entire purchase price minus the cost of shipping to your credit card for all valid returns. For more information on how to submit your return, please visit our returns page.

How do I look up someone's wish list?
    On the left hand side of the website, scroll down to the "wishlist" link and click on it. Then scroll down to the box that says "Lookup Someone's Wishlist". Enter the email of the person whose wishlist you are trying to view, and click lookup.


Does C28 share my personal information with anyone else?
    No we do not. C28 respects your privacy and will not share, sell, or distribute any of your personal information to third parties. For more information, please view our privacy policy.


Does C28 wholesale their products to other companies?
    Yes. C28 wholesales our NOTW product line. For more information regarding NOTW, please visit our NOTW wholesale site or email us at info@notw.com.


How long will my order take to arrive?
    Orders normally ship next business day. Shipping times can be approximated by referencing the map below. Please refer to the legend in the lower right corner.


How do I enter and apply an Online Gift Certificate to my purchase?
    While viewing your shopping cart, towards the bottom of the page there are two fields where you can enter your gift certificate number, and the password the person who sent you the gift certificate made for you. Fill in these fields and click “APPLY” to use the certificate.


How do I apply an online coupon to my purchase?
    While viewing your shopping cart, towards the bottom of the page, there is a field where you can enter your coupon code. This code is not case sensitive, but it must be complete in order to work. Enter your code in this field, and click “SUBMIT CODE” to get your discount. The status of the application will be displayed in red at the top of your cart with a white background.


Do you offer Gift Receipts?
    Yes we do. When you enter your Billing/Shipping information, there is a check box towards the bottom where you can select to have us send out gift receipt which hides the prices.


What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and Paypal.


Why don’t you carry Women’s and Plus sizes?
    At this time the great majority of our customers are between the ages of 13 and 21. Therefore we must make an effort to cater to this generation. We are soon realizing that there is another genre of customers who are visiting our site includes women and plus sizes. In an effort to satisfy the demands of these customers we will be introducing a new line of trendy women's shirts around the end of August 2007.


The size/color/style I want is out of stock at this time. When will you be getting more in?
    As a retail merchant we have styles which often go out of stock and will not be brought back into stock. C28 makes every effort to stock enough sizes of every one of our products. However, occasionally we run out of certain styles. Since we are constantly adding new designs to our stores, it is possible that some older styles will not be reprinted. Why do your prices seem so high?
    I would ask you to please fairly compare C28 to other comparable mall stores. Our mission is to glorify God by sharing the grace, truth and love of Jesus. To do this, C28 stores are placed in malls. It is in these high rent, high traffic malls, where you find most of the lost. The quality we offer is next to none, and the message needs to be placed on quality products that are worthy of secular shoppers, in order to effectively witness to them. Our shirts range from $19-$28, just like all other branded clothing stores in the mall, and here again we know that you can get $9 shirts at Wal Mart. We also periodically have customer appreciation sales where select customers are able to come in and take advantage of half price and sale items. With all that said, we are working hard to increase our assortment of lower priced $19 shirts and are also working on getting lower priced $49 jeans.


Why did my jewelry purchase ship separately from the other items in my order?
    We have a third-party vendor known as Spirit and Truth who ships their products seperately. Spirit and Truth Jewelry items are shipped directly from Spirit and Truth. Spirit and Truth Shipping Policy Most orders will ship within 1 business day. Please note that if you choose a custom inscription, your order may take up to 5 business days to ship. Occasionally, orders will ship within 2-3 business days. If there is a delay in your order for any reason, you will be immediately notified by e-mail or phone. All Spirit and Truth orders are sent using USPS First Class mail.


Why is international shipping so expensive?
    The international shipping rate only charges the bare minimum to help cover the cost. The average amount spent per international shipment is about $22 USD, if not more. We would like to offer lower rates to our customers, but our sales volume does not compare to other retailers. The $17 dollar shipping cost will be for the whole order, so it will not increase with the number of items you purchase. Currently, the least expensive method we have available for our online orders is USPS Global Priority Mail. Generally, it will take about 1 week to arrive to most international locations. We do not currently have a discount for international shipments, so we will not be able to lower the costs yet. We are currently investigating ways to be able to ship internationally for a lower cost.


Will there be any additional charges for international shipments?
    Each individual country and region has a local customs office. For all international shipments, this office has the ability to choose what, if any, they are going to charge for inspecting the contents of international orders. Some times they do not charge anything. Other times, though few and far between, they have charged fees in excess of $50. Ultimately it is the decision of your local customs office to determine not only to delay the delivery of your order, but also charge any additional fees they so choose before they release your order to you.

Can I Submit a Design?
    Yes, you can. We are constantly holding design contests where participants have won C28.com Online Gift Certificates of up to $350!. They also get to see their handiwork on a t-shirt that thousands of people all across the country will be wearing. If you would like to participate, just sign up for a Street Team account, scroll to the bottom of the main page in your account, and click on "Submit Your Design"

How do I change my email address?

Can I exchange an Item I Purchased Online in a C28 Store?
    Yes you can. Please simply print out your C28.com Order confirmation, and bring this along with the product you are desiring to exchange. Inform the store staff that you have purchased the merchandise online and let them know what you'd like to exchange the products for. Unfortunately, at this time, in-store returns of online merchandise is not available.


Can I be certain that NOTW products I purchase were not manufactured in sweat shops?
    Please know that we check each supplier for abusive labor practices. With that said, we must be careful not to judge third world countries for abusive labor practices because labor abuse occurs in the U.S. as well. The reason we manufacture our apparel in other countries is a direct response to the U.S. consumer who refuses to pay higher prices for goods made in the U.S.A. For example, there is a domestic company that has their clothing made in the U.S. and their t-shirts retail for $49-$69 as opposed to NOTW retail prices of $19-$24.
